Just wanted to let you all know that from Saturday to Monday, I will not be around.

This weekend is my brother's one year anniversary of his death and we're all getting away from the house. Saturday, we're heading out to Old Orchard Beach and spending the time around the pier/board walk and do a little shopping.

Than we'll drive to New Hempshire and stay at a hotel for the night that has a pool and spa, to relax. Then on Sunday we'll be heading down to the York Animal Farm and be spending the day there. On Monday, we'll head to Portland and do a little shopping probably and than we'll come home.

My dear brother Joey, wouldn't of wanted us to mope around the house and be sad all weekend, he'll like that we're getting out and that we'll be doing stuff he enjoyed doing.

aw that's so sweet, this year will be the fifth year anniversary of my baby brothers death, he was three weeks old and died of SIDS on October 24th so i hope you have a good time!

thanks lovely, and that's so sad. i'm sorry to hear about your brother as well. joe died last year, the day right before his 27th birthday on August 16th. and thanks, I hope so too!
