TELL US ALL ABOUT YOU!
damien is just a name that my parents have always liked. see, its nothing really special, love. i dont even really care for it that much. most people just end up calling me dami, anyway, even though thats a load of bull. my middle name is apollo, after the god? yeah, its interesting. my last name is september, as in the month. obviously. yeah, moving on now. there's no special meaning behind my name, its just words.
my birthday is june fifth, and i was born in 1990. that makes me nineteen years old. i was born into the september family at the risk of killing my mother. it had been a hard pregnancy, i guess, which was why after me, my parents didn't have any more kids. or, they tried not to, at least. i have a younger brother, he's seventeen. he's a pretty cool kid, if i do say so myself. its because he takes after big brother in the looks department. haha, i kid, i kid.
i am very much so into guys. hahaha, kidding. i love the ladies, and i only swing for their time. sorry, people.
i like... guitar, drums, bass, jazz, concerts, money, having fun, spending time with my brother, practical jokes, dancing, singing, art, reading, writing, rain, forests, mountains, snowboarding, parties, girls, hugs, cuddling, being touched, being myself, having no regrets, seizing the day
i hate... spiders, cockroaches, being sea sick, most vegetables, tangerines, scrap books, my parents, being held back, not succeeding, being considered a failure, peeing sitting down, not being trusted, not being able to trust people, bad music, voice cracks, not singing well, being threatened, being a 'trust fund kid', death, bad books, hypocrites, bitches, assholes.
long term goal is to become a musician. i mean, i'm already on my way there. my brother and i, we started our own band and we've already recorded more than a few songs. i hope we really break out. short term, getting through college and surviving my parents.
well, i'm currently single. i kind of get around, i guess you could say. i'm not a fling kind of guy, so any relationships i had before were actual boyfriend/girlfriend type things. i'm kind of a serial dater, haha.
wow, my personality. uhm, i'll just list off some adjectives. haha. i'm sensitive, outgoing, goofy, witty, caring, cuddly, affectionate. i guess i'm kind of the guy every girl wants to be with, you know. like, sensitive and stuff. girls always talk to me more than guys do. i'm always surrounded by girl friends instead of guy ones. it's not that im not... i dunno, masculine. i just dont see the point in being all 'i'm such a manly man, i'm gonna go rub some dirt in my wounds'. yeah, that was a little exaggerated... but whatever. there's things i really enjoy, like being able to express myself and just be accepted really no matter what. i mean, i'm not a hard person to get along with, and i love to meet new people, so most people like me and accept me the way i am, i guess.
my parents and friends always see me as the goofball. i'm the one to crack the ridiculous jokes or pull the practical pranks on people. i'm known to be a little bit of a daredevil, and i like to take risks. thats just kinda part of who i am. back in ireland, my nickname was 'danger'. yeah, im special. but anyway, my friends always come to me when they need to be cheered up, and my parents... well, i keep them young. they always say that i need to watch out for the family and shit like that, but i dont give a damn about their reputation. besides, its not like im some irreputable prick, anyway. they just need to chill out. seriously.
damien was born june fifth, nineteen ninety. his mother had a hard pregnancy, and almost lost her life giving birth to him. it was clear from the start that he was a energetic and goofy little kid. he had high energy and was always getting into things he wasn't supposed to. him and his brother, when he was born two years after dami, have always been really close. growing up, they constantly got into trouble. they had a good relationship: his brother was always a little on the quiet side, and calmed damien down when he needed it, and damien was able to bring him out of his shell and make him a little bit more social. their family was pretty good, but they never really like their parents, who were always focused on their image and how things would look like to the public. the september family is old wealth, you know how those types go. however, the september boys always managed to stay down to earth and chill, and always liked amongst their peers.
damien apollo september had always been a hard worker, an excellent student, and a good listener and friend. he'd been satisfied with his abilities in the academic aspect of school, and totally content with the way he went about his social life and the way he acted with his sports. quite frankly, colton had been the golden boy: athletic, popular, intelligent, smart. he'd dated several girls, all of them with a certain level of substance. he'd left one behind to go to college in america, to milwaukee. it's a change, for sure. he's been here for two years, and his brother moved to live with him about a year ago, and that was when they decided to birth their band. they've always been interested in music, it's always been something they wanted to do and something they felt like they needed to accomplish in their lives. dami's brother had a dislike for the rents as well, so leaving was easy for him to do.
damien's really satisfied with where his life is heading at the moment. his music is his priority he's still up to his antics, being a goofball and a daredevil all at once. you know how it goes with those types. he's always got a smile on is face, which is definitely a good thing because damien without a smile is a sad sight to behold. currently, he's still in college, a sophomore now, and he's working hard to get good grades, get somehwere with his music, and overall just be a better person. it may sound hokey, but it's really all he wants. he hates controversy and tries to avoid it unless he's really heated about something, but that hasn't been the case for a while.
i guess i dont really have any secrets. none worth sharing, anyway.
wow, i'm glad to be joining UNTOUCHED. my name just so happens to be sam, and the celebrity who i am using just so happens to be joe jonas. i've been doing this for four years, so i pretty much know how this all works.
IT WAS A CONSTANT MURMUR IN THE BACK OF HIS MIND.
it was that constant voice that told him he couldn't do it, that he couldn't succeed, and quite frankly, he didn't believe a word of the doubt that spread like a poison through his veins. the whole reason he'd gone to college in califoria, at UCLA, was because he'd gotten a full ride sports scholarship thanks to his obvious talent in baseball. leaving had been one of the best and worst decisions of his life. best, because it furthered his athletic career in the most important way. college teams wanted him, he was even being looked at by major league scouts. worst, because the work was about ten times harder than he had originally expected. colton anthony hill had always been a hard worker, an excellent student, and a good listener and friend. he'd been satisfied with his abilities in the academic aspect of school, and totally content with the way he went about his social life and the way he acted with his sports. quite frankly, colton had been the golden boy: athletic, popular, intelligent, smart. he'd dated several girls, all of them with a certain level of substance. he'd left one behind to go to college at that terrifying and brilliant school, but quickly his thoughts of her had been overshadowed by thoughts of another.
you had to be focused and organized going to a school like UCLA, hoping to balance a strenuous sports schedule and several difficult classes. however, his focused began to waver whenever he realized how much he missed a certain warm eyed, dark haired beauty that he had for so long considered as nothing more than his little sister, and best friend. he couldn't think about her and not get distracted for long hours on end. whenever he was supposed to be writing essays on his laptop, he found himself looking at her facebook, checking relationship statuses and comments, wondering what was going on with her. it wasn't like colton and isabel romero didn't talk every day, by phone or by instant message, the certainly did. somehow, some way, they managed to make time in their busy schedules to talk to each other, and in that time, colton came to knew the true meaning behind the phrase 'absence makes the heart grow fonder'. he missed his beautiful friend more than anything, in a way that made him ache with longing and loneliness. he hadn't really realized how much he needed her around until he didn't get a chance to see her everyday, and that was when the thoughts of failure started drifting into his mind. if he failed at this school, messed up on his team or in his school work, he would assuredly be kicked out. the sports scholarship he had was only maintained if he maintained a good grade average, and at times, he was dangerously close to dropping below it.
however, he constantly told himself that he could do it. if you knew colton, you knew that deep within him laid a daring competitive side a mile wide. and you knew that failure didnt sit well with him. so, he did his best to push isabel out of his mind except when he had time to sit and wonder what she was doing with herself, why his feelings had changed towards her. truth be told, he had no clue why his feelings changed. but, he knew that it was for the better, because he didn't want them in the dark. it was ridiculous the way she viewed herself, sometimes, and he wanted to be the person that told her that the way she thought was totally ass backwards and belly up. he wanted to be the person she thought about at night, the person she kissed, the person that held her as she fell asleep. he had no clue, however, that she felt the same way. it takes one oblivious person to not realize the way isabel felt about colton, and he had no idea. so, when he had been sitting in that cab, driving back to his house and talking to her online... well, lets just say that entire conversation came as one hell of a surprise to the poor fellow.
first off, he'd never intended to tell her his feelings over the internet. that was mighty impersonal, and it wasn't something he did. but her words had pushed him to a point where he couldn't not tell her. it had been at that point, after she'd told him that she'd liked him for a while, he told the cab driver to change his course and head straight to isabel's house. he played stupid, acting like he was still sitting in the airport waiting for his brother to come and pick him up. truth be told, he had been waiting for a very very long time for his brother, but finally, he just said screw it and went off by himself. of course, he hadn't told her the reason he was back yet: that he was dropping out of UCLA, and transferring to seattle university, but also under a full ride scholarship. it wasn't like he hated UCLA. quite opposite, actually. it was just, he couldn't stand being so far away from home anymore. his mind wasnt in the right place in california, miles and miles away from the people, namely isabel, that he cared about. when that cab pulled up in front of isabel's house, he pulled his duffel bag and laptop case out of the car, slinging them over his shoulder (the rest of his stuff would be arriving later the next day in a truck). he was still typing away furiously on his iphone to her, finally letting it be known that he was actually right in front of her house, not sitting in the airport anxiously awaiting the arrival of his brother so he could get straight to isabel. on some level, he felt bad for torturing her. but the look on her face the moment she opened the door... that made it all worth it. her allowed his duffel bag to drop to the ground, and he set his laptop case down on top of it, putting his iphone in his pocket as a wide smile spread across his face. god damn, she was beautiful. in three long strides, he was to her, his long and muscular arms wrapping around her slight frame and lifting her from the ground as he hugged her tightly to him. this type of embrace was something he had missed the most. no matter what, isabel always gave the best hugs. that was something he'd refused to forget.
while she was still up in his arms, he spun around a couple times, a warm and rich laugh coming out of his pink lips. finally, he stopped, setting her gently down on her feet, looking down at her with wide, beautiful blue eyes, a smile softly set on his face. he raised a hand, the other still holding her close, to brush her hair behind her ear gently, tenderly. "Oye, el novio. yo le perdÃ." he murmured (courtesy of four years of spanish in high school), simply translated as 'hey sweetheart. i missed you'. holding her this close, his hand resting lightly on her cheek, sent a fire coursing through his veins. slowly, gently, her brought his lips down to hers, kissing her as though he couldn't wait any longer... which her really couldn't. his impatience had been obvious on his face before he'd kissed her, and now that he had, it was better than anything he could have really imagined, his lips moving with hers. he tugged her tightly to him, pulling away so he could look down at her again, that smile of his widening to a full blown grin. "Dios maldice, usted es hermoso." he told her, both of his hands now cupping her face softly.
did i mention this application template was created by JESSICA. She was bored, and felt inspired. So yeah, credit is due where it is due. She goes by GAGA @ CAUTION. Not that it matters since she rarely posts anything there.
